• Wash linens - Each client has their own laundry bag and we take the linens with us . Your linens only get washed with your own items! Clean linens are brought back on turnover day cleaning. 

• All bedding changed

• Check under beds and nightstands/dressers/etc.

• Clean all bathrooms (tubs/shower, sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.)

•  We put out shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, lotion, and makeup wipes 

• Provide toilet paper for each bathroom 

• Take out trash and place new bags in all trash cans 

• Clean countertops appliances in kitchen 

• Clean stove top and wipe down oven (can deep clean upon special request)

• Clean refrigerator, microwave, countertops

• Provides paper towels, 2 dishwasher tables, dish soap, and sponge 

• Put away clean dishes 

• Lightly dust 

• Standard clean in Living Room 

• Patio and patio window clean 

• Clean remotes and remove fingerprints on tv 

• Mop and vacuum all floors

What we provide!

We will provide paper towels (1 roll), dish soap, and 2 dishwasher tablets in the kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom) and trash bags for all trash cans.

Extra things we do for our owners!

If owner provides batteries, light bulbs & AC/furnace filters we will change these items as needed. This will be included in the price, and you will not be charged extra!

If your unit does not have any guest staying in it, and a hurricane or tropical storm conditions are approaching, call us and we can bring your patio furniture inside for a small fee.
